5 weeks’ rentSecurity deposit, registered and protected for the length of your tenancy.

Online & fastYour application is processed online, so you can follow its progress yourself.

How it works

Spot a home you like
Browse our properties on Rightmove, then call us on 01773 443327 or send a viewing request.
Book your viewing
We aim to reply within 24 hours. We’ll ask a few general questions and arrange a time that suits you.
Apply
Happy to go ahead? Pay your holding fee and complete the application. Our legal team then carry out the checks.
Move in
As soon as the checks are complete we’ll be in touch to book your move-in date, as quickly as we can.
